I have to say it’s really well organized and the employees are extremely competent and friendly. I’ve been here 4 times in 2 weeks for different reasons and I was always attended to on time and effectively.

They have a good system for online appointment during corona-time. Especially for a foreigner who is not understand German, their website have an option to English, so you can follow the instruction without a hassle. From the security until the clerk are really nice and helpful. Prepare the document that you need. Basic document: 1) proof of an appointment 2) Passport and 3) the document(s) related to your request. Note: You only can print the ticket with the barcode on the appointment, and the barcode only can work if you scan it earliest 10 minutes before on your appointment. Today, I got everything that I need in less than 20 minutes there. Really efficient!

It is really stressful. You'll feel helpless. All the employees look really busy yet you feel like nobody's doing anything. Even for the smallest of things are supposed to show up on time and spend half a day.

A super efficient system of booking appointments and getting with a ticket system. Seating is arranged inside and if you've arrived a little early and get thirsty, there is a water dispenser! There is also someone available to answer any questions on case you're confused about the process.
