The work of citizens for citizens in the Freiburg district of Rieselfeld is considered exemplary by many. Organized in KIOSK and BIV, two associations that care for the well-being and togetherness in the Rieselfeld district. Hats off to what has been achieved here. In the GLASHAUS, there is not only a library, café, and event spaces, but much more. That the city of Freiburg also supported community work at the founding of the Rieselfeld district can be seen in hindsight as a stroke of luck. Just like the many dedicated volunteers who have pushed things forward in KIOSK (and BIV).

Child-friendly. Nice team. Lovely community meeting place. With all the semi-professional charm, continuity and professionalism would be desirable given the sometimes quite high prices. Still - big praise for the volunteer commitment!!!
