Absolutely amazing service I wholeheartedly recommend their services. Our car battery died on a forest parking near Freiburg and road rescue was impossible to reach- we were stuck for 5 hours. Fortunately I found Jakobi Mobility website. One phone call and the help was on the way. Mr Ulrich Philipp was the kindest and most helpful mechanic I ever met. He restored our faith in humanity and even shared his bananas with us. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful human and thank you Jakobi for being a brilliant company.
