The city registration office people are kind and very considerate!!

I used the online service to get an appointment for vehicle registration and new ID. It worked like a charm. Organisationally, I went through all steps incl the plates manufacturing (private company) and sign off in just 25min. The online appointment service could be improved to avoid confusions, there're way too many options for the same thing, e.g. vehicle registration.

New name, same terrible service. The office managed to lose (or, as they called it, "never have received") two copies of an official important document that I personally have given to them a few months ago. Employees are rude, and don't get me started on waiting and opening times.

Pretty organised and open space

Easy to park, very professional people.
