Adventure, Movement, and Fun Learning at the Adventure Playground
On Friday, November 6, 2026, the Open Program invites children and teenagers aged 6 to 14 to a varied afternoon at the Adventure Playground Weingarten in Freiburg. From 14:00 to 17:00, a child-friendly space for movement, creativity, personal ideas, and shared time will be created.
Space for Curious Explorers
At the Adventure Playground, young visitors can actively explore their surroundings, try out materials, and develop their own solutions. Open play and creative offers promote imagination, independence, and fine motor skills. The children decide how to shape the afternoon according to their age and interests.
Children's Laughter, Movement, and Shared Experiences
Whether playing, building, creating, or discovering: The Open Program connects physical activity with social learning. Children meet peers, gain practical experiences, and experience community in a varied environment. The open structure creates space for curiosity, initiative, and a positive interaction.
Aged Appropriately and Educationally Valuable
The offer is aimed at children and teenagers aged 6 to 14 years and is therefore appropriately tailored to the needs of this developmental phase. Free design supports the development of imagination, expressiveness, and problem-solving skills. The supervised framework of open children’s and youth work combines fun learning with play and self-determination.
An Afternoon for the Whole Family
The family experience is suitable for children who like to be active, try new things, and play together with others. Parents will find an educationally shaped offer that combines movement, social experiences, and creative learning experiences. No registration is required for participation.
Conclusion: Time for Adventure and New Ideas
The Open Program provides children and teenagers in Freiburg with a lively afternoon full of movement, creativity, and encounters. Those who want to experience children's laughter, shared discovery, and self-directed play will find a suitable place for shared time and sustainable fun learning at the Adventure Playground Weingarten.
